Dayforward FAQs
What is Dayforward?
Dayforward is a digital-first life insurance company that sells policies directly. Dayforward was created by a team of industry veterans with a goal to help people protect their family and their financial security.
Is a Dayforward policy reliable?
All Dayforward policies are reinsured by MunichRe, one of the largest reinsurance companies in the world and one that holds an A+ (Superior) rating from A.M. Best.
How much does Dayforward Income Protection cost?
Dayforward prices policies based on how much income you’re protecting and for how long. Your health and lifestyle also will determine your final price.
Does Dayforward require a medical exam?
Most people don’t need a medical exam. And if you do, the company tries to make the experience as effortless as possible.
Why should I buy a Dayforward policy?
Dayforward was founded with a mission to bring financial security to families across America. Dayforward believed in starting with term life insurance for two simple reasons: to offer an easier, more enjoyable way to buy it and, most importantly, they see Income Protection as a better way to protect your family than conventional life insurance.
Will my Dayforward policy price change over time?
No — your final monthly premium will never change unless you change the length of your policy or how much you’re covering. After you buy a policy, you can enhance it with add-on features (AKA riders) but those come with preset pricing so there are no surprises.
Can I adjust my Dayforward policy?
You sure can! Take advantage of the company’s unique add-on features. With the Income Increase rider, you can increase how much income you’re protecting, and with the Child Extension rider, you can extend your coverage if you have a new child. Certain conditions and limitations apply. Contact the company for details.
Can I cancel my Dayforward policy anytime?
Of course! And if you cancel within the first 31 days, you’ll get a full refund.
Should I consider life insurance?
If someone depends on you financially, yes! If you are a parent, the breadwinner, the primary caretaker for your kids, looking to start a family, have a partner, a mortgage or live in a single or dual income household (the list goes on)... Dayforward is here for you! The bottom line is the company is for people who want to guarantee their loved ones remain financially secure if they pass away.
If I die, will my beneficiary be paid?
Yes! Your family will be paid if you pass away for almost any reason (including childbirth and COVID-19). In fact, there are only two circumstances when your beneficiary would not be paid if you pass away while your policy is active: if you commit application fraud or make a material misrepresentation in your application, or if you commit suicide during the first two years of purchasing your policy.
